Movra × NIPT
For Justin Kane, PT, DPT, SCS · North Idaho Physical Therapy

Ahead of Wednesday

Movra gives NIPT a home-program and remote therapeutic monitoring layer that works alongside WebPT, not in place of it. This packet has three parts: Movra for RTM, the North Idaho Health Cup, and the other systems we build with AI.

Movra for RTM

How RTM works with Movra

One home program, seen three ways

Your PT prescribes the program. The patient does it at home in the Movra app. Each day they log becomes a record your billing team can use. The clips below come from a made-up clinic, Summit Physical Therapy, with made-up patients.

The patient

  1. Gets an invite by email, or scans a QR code at the front desk.
  2. Downloads the Movra app and gives consent.
  3. Opens their home program: the exercises their PT prescribed, each with a video, sets, reps and cues.
  4. Marks each exercise done and logs their pain. Every day they log is recorded.

The PT

  • A dashboard of their patients, showing who is doing their program.
  • Add the diagnosis, and Movra drafts a care plan from it. The PT reviews it, edits it and signs off. The patient sees nothing until they do.
  • Message the patient from the same screen.

Billing

  • A worklist that counts each patient's monitoring days and shows which code they qualify for: 2 to 15 days, or 16 and up.
  • A billing-ready audit packet, as a PDF, for each patient: the plan, the PT's sign-off and the day-by-day log.
  • Your clinic bills under its own NPI, through your own billing process. Movra handles the data.

What I'll show you, and what I'd like to hear

A live walkthrough

On the account of a real North Idaho PT patient, shared with his permission:

  • The care plan built from his diagnosis
  • What he sees in the app
  • The billing view

A few questions for you

  • How do home programs get handed out at NIPT today?
  • Roughly what share of patients actually do them?
  • Where does WebPT fall short for you?
  • What would modernizing NIPT look like for you over the next few years?

The North Idaho Health Cup

How it works

Eight weeks, company against company

A health challenge for companies across North Idaho this winter. Each company plays for a local nonprofit, and the Movra app keeps score.

How the Health Cup works (80 seconds, with sound).
Jan 4 – Feb 28, 2027
Eight weeks. Kickoff Day is January 9; the finale is March 4.
Active days per person
Companies are ranked by active days per person, so a small shop can beat a big employer.
Weekly standings
People log in the Movra app. Standings post every week. Every company plays for a local nonprofit.

The ask: be a Cup Partner clinic

It's free. NIPT offers participants something real, like free movement screens or a perk at your clinics, and shares the Cup with your patients and staff.

What NIPT gets

  • Recognition as a Cup Partner, with your logo on the Cup site
  • New patients, through a booking link or code of your own
  • A way in with the local employers taking part
  • A results report in March: how many people used your offer, and the reach

How it stays clean

  • No money passes between Movra and NIPT for referrals.
  • No participant data comes to you. People choose to use your offer.
  • Screenings stay general and open to everyone, with nothing tied to insurance billing.

You can also enter an NIPT team. Entry is separate from the partnership; I'll bring the details Wednesday.

Built with AI

What we build

AI systems that do the work, not just the app

We build with AI every day, and not only for patients. Movra's own business runs on a system we built: a CRM that finds and qualifies leads, runs email outreach, publishes our social content, books calls and reads replies, largely on its own. We've also built a white-label version of it for another company.

Our CRM running a clinic's marketing on its own, shown with a made-up PT clinic (60 seconds, with sound).

Where we could help next

The same approach works in the back office: pull the data into one place, let the computer do the prep work, and have a person check it.

Billing

Each morning, a list of denied or unpaid claims with the likely reason and the next step. Your biller works the list instead of digging for it.

Accounting

Deposits matched to payments, and a weekly report for each location, without anyone building it by hand.

Front desk

Incoming referrals read and entered, missing information flagged, and no-shows followed up.

Past patients

People who stopped before finishing their plan get found and invited back.

Pick the one task your team spends the most hours on, and we'll show you a working first version.
